Privacy
What we collect, and what we don't.
Short version: reading Today's Bias requires no account and sets no tracking cookies. We only hold your email if you choose to subscribe, and we never sell it.
Last updated: June 2026.
Reading the site
The website is a set of static pages. It runs no advertising networks, no behavioral trackers, and sets no cookies to follow you around. We don't build a profile of you, and there is nothing to opt out of because there is nothing tracking you.
What the page loads from others
To render type, pages load web fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request and your IP address as part of normal web delivery. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests and may keep aggregate, non-identifying security and traffic logs. Neither is used by us to track individuals.
If you subscribe
When you enter your email to get the brief, we store that email so we can send it to you. Subscriptions use double opt-in (you confirm by clicking a link), and every email includes one-click unsubscribe. Sending is handled by our newsletter system and email provider purely to deliver the brief. We do not sell, rent, or trade your email, and we do not share it except as needed to send you the brief you asked for.
If you become a supporter
Paid supporter subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Payment is entered on Stripe's own secure checkout; we never see or store your card number. We receive only what we need to know who is a supporter, such as your email and subscription status.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time with the one-click link in any email, or by emailing us. To see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you (which is essentially your email and subscription status), email hello@todaysbias.com and we will take care of it.
Children
Today's Bias is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above. Questions about privacy are welcome at hello@todaysbias.com.
